1. Our approach

GrowWell is built to collect as little personal data as possible. The health details you enter about your child (age, height, weight, habits) are processed in your browser to produce your report and are not sent to or stored on our servers.

2. What we collect

Email address: only if you choose to unlock or purchase a full report, so we can deliver it and contact you about it. Purchase information: handled by our payments provider Paddle; we receive a record of the transaction but never see your full card details. Usage analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (via Vercel Analytics) that do not use cookies to identify you.

3. Children's data

GrowWell is intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children. Information about a child is entered by the adult account holder. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. You can use a nickname instead of your child's real name, and we do not require photos.

4. How we use data

To generate and deliver your report, to process purchases, to send you information you asked for, and to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Who we share with

Service providers that help us operate: Paddle (payments), our email/form provider (to receive and respond to your messages), and our hosting/analytics provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the personal data we hold about you (for example, your email) at any time by emailing cenghonghui1@gmail.com. Data processed only in your browser is cleared when you close or clear the page.
