1. Our products
GrowWell offers a one-time full report unlock and an annual subscription (GrowWell Plus). These are digital products delivered instantly.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel GrowWell Plus at any time, and you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. Renewals are eligible for the same 14-day refund window after each charge.
4. How to request a refund
Email cenghonghui1@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
