1. What GrowWell is
GrowWell is an informational tool for parents. It generates growth and wellness reports for children aged 2–7 based on the height, weight, and lifestyle details you enter, using publicly available WHO and CDC growth references. It provides general wellness guidance only.
2. Not medical advice
GrowWell is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reports and plans are for general informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional care. Always talk to a qualified pediatrician or healthcare provider about your child's health, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to enter accurate information, to use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to misuse, copy, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the reports.
4. Payments
Paid features are sold through our payments provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. When you buy, your agreement for that transaction is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Growth references are population estimates and may not reflect any individual child.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowWell and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
